FuneralReady.com sells done-for-you, professionally designed, one-page funeral program PDFs. These are finished digital products created by Van Beard Design, with over 20 years of experience in memorial design.

2. Digital Product — No Physical Goods

All products sold on FuneralReady.com are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Upon completion of payment through Ko-fi, your print-ready PDF is available for immediate download. FuneralReady.com is not responsible for printing costs, paper quality choices, or print results obtained at third-party printing services.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed and the PDF has been made available for download.

We strongly encourage all customers to review the sample program images carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the sample, understand that the product is unmodifiable, and agree that no refund will be issued.

4. No Modifications or Customizations

FuneralReady.com does not offer modifications, customizations, revisions, or changes to any sold digital product. The PDF is delivered exactly as designed and shown in the sample images. This policy applies without exception.

If your family requires a personalized funeral program with your loved one's name, photo, obituary, and custom details, please contact us at info@funeralready.com before purchasing to inquire about custom design services, which are offered separately at a different price point.

5. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, FuneralReady.com grants you a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download the PDF for your personal, non-commercial use
• Print the PDF for use at a single funeral or memorial service

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the PDF with others for commercial purposes
• Claim the design as your own original work
• Use the PDF for any purpose other than a personal memorial service
• Reproduce or distribute the PDF in modified or unmodified form for profit

The design, content, and layout of all FuneralReady.com products remain the intellectual property of Van Beard Design and are protected by United States copyright law.

6. Printing Guidance

FuneralReady.com provides printing recommendations as a courtesy. We recommend printing on a minimum of 32lb white paper to prevent bleed-through due to the program's full-color header. FuneralReady.com is not responsible for print quality, paper selection, or costs incurred at any print service provider.

7. Accuracy of Product Description

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our digital products. The sample images shown on FuneralReady.com and our Ko-fi store accurately represent the content and design of the PDF you will receive. Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and printer calibration.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on FuneralReady.com — including but not limited to the funeral program design, written content, poem, life summary, Order of Service, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Van Beard Design and is protected under United States copyright law.

The poem "Gentle Wings" included in our funeral program is an original work created by Van Beard Design and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published outside of the purchased single-use license without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FuneralReady.com provides its digital products "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the product will meet every family's specific needs, preferences, or religious requirements beyond what is described in our product listing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FuneralReady.com and Van Beard Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our digital products, including but not limited to printing errors, dissatisfaction with generic content, or technical difficulties downloading the file.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product ($47).

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington.

12. Changes to These Terms

FuneralReady.com reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Purchases made before any changes take effect are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
