• Cookies from Google Analytics and other third-party services
Payment Information:
• Stripe processes payment data securely (we do not store payment details)

How We Use Your Information:
• We create and deliver custom memorial programs
• We communicate about your order status and delivery
• We provide customer support throughout the design process
• We improve our services and website functionality
• We send order confirmations and delivery notifications

Special Handling of Memorial Content:
Given the sensitive nature of memorial information, we:
• Handle all photos and personal content with the utmost respect and care
• Use secure, encrypted storage for all memorial materials

• Treat all information with the dignity appropriate for memorial services
Data Retention:
Memorial Content: We retain photos and memorial program content for 90 days after delivery to allow for any revisions or reprints. After this period, we permanently delete all memorial materials from our systems unless you specifically request longer retention.
Customer Information: We retain basic contact and order information for 2 years for customer service and legal compliance.
Technical Data: We retain analytics and website usage data for 12 months.

We will respond within 30 days and verify your identity by requesting the email address, phone number used for your order, and approximate order date.

Terms of Service
Service Description:
FuneralReady.com provides custom memorial program design services. We create personalized funeral programs within 24-48 hours based on the information and photos you provide.
License & Usage:
Custom memorial programs created by FuneralReady.com are licensed for personal memorial use only. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final design. You may:
• Print unlimited copies for memorial services
• Share digital copies with family members for memorial purposes
• Use the design for the specific memorial service ordered
You may not:
• Resell or redistribute our custom designs
• Use our templates or designs for commercial purposes
• Claim ownership of the design elements we create
• Modify our watermarked proofs or final designs
• Remove our copyright notices from the final files
Service Terms:
• You must be at least 18 years old to place orders
• You agree to provide accurate information for memorial programs
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all content provided
• We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate requests
• All sales are final upon delivery of the approved memorial program
• Design work begins once payment is processed and all required information is received
Delivery & Revisions:
• We deliver memorial programs within 24-48 hours via secure email download links.
• We include one round of revisions in the service fee
• Additional revisions are available for $25 per round
• You receive final files in both PDF (print-ready) and PNG (social media) formats
• Files remain available for download for 30 days after delivery
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our memorial program design services and urgent timelines, all sales are final once we begin design work (when payment is processed and we receive all required information).
Exceptions:
• Technical issues that prevent file delivery
• Errors on our part in the design process
• Failure to deliver within the promised timeframe
• Force majeure events beyond our control
If you experience any of these issues, contact admin@funeralready.com within 48 hours, and we'll resolve it by:
• Correcting design errors at no charge
• Providing new download links
• Offering expedited re-design if needed
• Providing a full refund if we cannot resolve the issue
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for:
• Printing quality issues on your end
• Delays in your internet or email service
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Delays due to force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.)
Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:
• Order confirmations and status updates
• Design proofs and revision requests
• Customer support communications
• Delivery notifications
We will not send marketing emails unless you specifically opt in. You can unsubscribe from any communications at any time.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Washington State law governs these terms. We will first address any disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, we will resolve disputes through binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Seattle, Washington. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, or other acts of God.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will communicate material changes via email to recent customers and post them on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
Intellectual Property
Copyright Ownership:
• You retain ownership of photos and content you provide
• We retain ownership of design elements, layouts, and creative work
• You receive a license to use the final memorial program as specified above
• All website content, templates, and marketing materials are our intellectual property
